Jacqueline has a PHD in history and works as a trainer and consultant for heritage organizations in Flanders and Brussels. She specializes in participation, policy planning and competence development. At FARO, the Flemish Institution for cultural heritage, she coordinates the training offer for heritage professionals. In this role, she is involved in drawing up professional profiles for heritage workers as one of the means to build bridges between higher education programs and the professional heritage field.
