Who will be announced as the winner of the ENCATC Research Award?

On 22 October, ENCATC will hold its 2021 Research Award Ceremony to close the 2021 ENCATC Digital Congress “Artists in the spotlight! In search of new agendas for education and research in the cultural management and policy field” (19-22 October).

Launched in 2014, this prestigious recognition aims to stimulate academic research in the field of cultural policy and cultural management with an emphasis on its applied implications. The ENCATC Award also has the ambition to contribute to the process of creating a network of scholars who are competent in doing comparative research projects in cultural policy and cultural management.

An open call for applications was held from 8 April until 15 June. The finalists will be announced in September 2021 and will have the opportunity to present their work and take questions from the Award jury members during the Ceremony.

The winning PhD researcher will have their work published in the ENCATC Book Series on Cultural Management and Cultural Policy Education, by international publishing house P.I.E. Peter Lang.
