ENCATC operates around four complementary strands of work:
INFLUENCE: Advocating to develop and influence culture and education policies
NETWORK: Networking to make new contacts, share ideas, projects, methodologies, and experiences
EDUCATE: Stimulating education to enhance and strengthen knowledge, skills and competencies
RESEARCH: Researching in the field of cultural management and cultural policy to anticipate the future and better understand the past
The strength of ENCATC comes from its members and from their understanding of the importance of the multiple aspects and impacts of education and training for the sustainability and competitiveness of the cultural sector. Members make the network grow to be more powerful and lively!
